平台有权根据业务发展调整服务内容。
The Platform provides services including but not limited to:
- Job posting
- Talent search
- AI matching
- Resume viewing
- Resume download
- Candidate management
- Employer branding
- Company verification
- HR digital tools
- AI contract templates
- AI recruitment tools
The Platform reserves the right to modify services.
第二章 企业资格声明Chapter 2 Employer Eligibility
企业承诺：
- 已依法设立并合法经营；
- 提供真实有效的企业信息；
- 拥有招聘岗位对应的用工需求；
- 遵守印度尼西亚法律法规；
- 不从事违法招聘活动。
The Employer represents that:
- It is legally established.
- Information provided is accurate.
- Job vacancies are genuine.
- Applicable laws are complied with.
- Recruitment activities are lawful.
第三章 企业认证Chapter 3 Company Verification
企业应提供：
- 公司名称
- 营业执照
- 公司地址
- 联系人
- 联系电话
- 企业邮箱
平台有权审核企业资料。审核通过后获得：「认证企业」标识。
The Platform may review company information before granting verification status.
第四章 职位发布规则Chapter 4 Job Posting Rules
企业发布职位时应确保：
- 信息真实
- 薪资真实
- 岗位真实
- 工作地点真实
禁止发布：
- 虚假职位
- 欺诈职位
- 违法职位
- 歧视性职位
- 与招聘无关内容
平台有权删除违规职位。
Employers must post accurate and lawful job advertisements.
The Platform may remove any non-compliant postings.
第五章 人才信息使用规则Chapter 5 Candidate Data Usage
企业通过平台获得的候选人信息仅限：
- 招聘
- 面试安排
- 人才评估
- 用工决策
不得用于：
- 数据买卖
- 广告营销
- 非招聘用途推广
- 数据转售
- 批量采集
Candidate information may only be used for legitimate recruitment purposes.
Any resale, marketing use, or unauthorized processing is prohibited.
第六章 简历查看与下载授权Chapter 6 Resume Viewing and Downloading
企业可根据会员权限：
- 查看简历
- 下载简历
- 联系候选人
企业应采取合理措施保护候选人信息。下载后的简历：不得向第三方传播。
Employers must safeguard downloaded candidate data.
Sharing resumes with unrelated third parties is prohibited.
第七章 AI 匹配及推荐声明Chapter 7 AI Recommendation Disclaimer
平台可能向企业提供：
- AI 匹配评分
- AI 候选人排序
- AI 岗位分析
- AI 人才推荐
上述结果仅供参考。最终录用决定由企业自行作出。
The Platform's AI-generated scores and recommendations are advisory only.
Final hiring decisions remain the Employer's responsibility.
第八章 企业会员服务Chapter 8 Membership Services
平台可能提供：
- 免费版
- 标准会员
- 高级会员
- 企业旗舰会员
会员权益包括：
- 简历查看额度
- 下载额度
- AI 推荐额度
- 企业展示权益
- 招聘管理工具
具体权益以平台公布内容为准。
Membership benefits are subject to the plans published by the Platform.
第九章 费用与支付Chapter 9 Fees and Payments
企业应按照平台公布标准支付：
- 会员费用
- 增值服务费用
- 推广服务费用
已支付费用除法律另有规定外原则上不予退还。
Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
第十章 企业行为规范Chapter 10 Employer Conduct
企业不得：
- 冒充其他企业
- 发布虚假岗位
- 恶意骚扰候选人
- 歧视求职者
- 非法收取求职费用
- 诱导候选人参与违法活动
如有违规，平台有权：
- 删除职位
- 冻结账号
- 终止服务
- 保留追究法律责任权利
The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
第十一章 知识产权Chapter 11 Intellectual Property
平台软件、系统、商标、算法及相关内容归平台所有。未经授权不得复制、出售或反向工程。
All intellectual property rights belong to the Platform.
第十二章 数据安全Chapter 12 Data Security
平台将采取合理措施保护企业及候选人数据。
企业也应采取合理措施保护所获得的信息。
双方应共同遵守适用的数据保护法律。
Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection laws.
第十三章 责任限制Chapter 13 Limitation of Liability
平台仅提供：
- 招聘信息服务
- 人才匹配服务
- AI 辅助服务
平台不保证：
- 招聘成功
- 候选人录用
- 候选人表现
- 候选人持续在职
The Platform does not guarantee successful hiring outcomes.
第十四章 服务终止Chapter 14 Termination
平台有权在以下情况下终止服务：
- 企业违反协议
- 企业提供虚假资料
- 企业从事违法行为
- 企业滥用候选人数据
Upon violation, the Platform may terminate access immediately.
第十五章 法律适用与争议解决Chapter 15 Governing Law
本协议适用印度尼西亚共和国法律。
双方应首先通过友好协商解决争议。协商不成时，可提交有管辖权法院处理。
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
